Where is the venue located?
We're at 218 Joyce Street in Houston's Near Northside, just 10 minutes from the Heights and 5 minutes from downtown. Easy access from I-45 and I-610.
Is parking available?
Yes! 2 dedicated parking spaces plus ample free street parking. No meters or garage fees for your guests.
How many guests can attend?
Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 75 guests for celebrations, or 40 in conference-style seating for professional events.

What equipment is available?
WiFi, projection screen, full kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator), 9 six-foot tables, 54 chairs, and A/C are all included.
What tables and chairs are included?
We provide 9 six-foot rectangular tables with 5 chairs each, seating 45 guests at the tables. An additional 9 chairs are available for extra or overflow seating — 54 chairs total.

What's the booking process?

Can I bring alcohol?
Our venue is alcohol-free and smoke-free. This policy keeps rental costs low and ensures a family-friendly environment.
Where can I view the Clubhouse Agreement?
You can review the Lindale Park Clubhouse Lease Agreement before booking. All renters are required to agree to these terms at checkout.
Can I tour the venue first?
Absolutely! We do tours at 9 am on Saturday. Please email us at [email protected] to confirm your spot. We respond within 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
60+ days before: Full refund minus $50 admin fee.
31-60 days: 50% refund.
8-30 days: No refund, but you may reschedule once within 6 months.
Less than 8 days: No refund or rescheduling.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
